I never got too deep into Photo while I was in school - outside of my major I mostly focused on Sculpture. But I took some ok self portraits while I was in a Photo class. I'll put them up when I'm not lazy.

Oh god, my photography.

*Sigh* Well, I promise to keep it brief:

And for some reason the forum isn't letting me upload anything else so . . .

That second one is great, Pomazon.

What inspired the third?

The third was from a class assignment, a study into triptychs and creating a series that worked together in one image. I tried going at the assignment with two images on the top and bottom that were similar if not almost the same and a one in the middle that broke them apart but wasn't completely random and foreign to the other two. It was read by the class as how kids played games more than read books or something, I wasn't attempting to create commentary when I made it though. I suppose I was attempting to be a little clever.

These are all back from when I was in college. The one of the cat was published because my photography teacher wanted it and the other two were from my time interning at the Examiner. I wrote stories to go with them. I loved snapping photos wish I could've done it for a living but clearly I don't have the talent to be in the business.

HDR Panoramic photo of the Grand Canyon. Didn't come out too badly, if I do say so myself.

Nice work, Steel. Watch your shadows, though, I didn't like the lighting on her face in the first shot with the white background.

I took over a thousand photos when I visited the west coast with Chik last week. I can't post all of them here, but I have more on FB at this link, and I wanted to share a few here.

This is actually my first time editing photos I've taken - most of the time I just post them straight out of the camera, but this time I shot raw and had a bit of fun in Lightroom. Let me know what you think, please. :)

I hope I don't end up looking like a crazy Apple fanatic for this, but I snapped some photos to share with others of my new phone today with the case I bought for it, and the photos turned out pretty good, so I wanted to share them here too.

The wood panelling effect on the case reminds me of a games console from the late-70s! Which is awesome cause I secretly like that look.
