I'm generally pretty good at Zelda games, but... Majora's Mask just /stumps/ me. I really can't figure it out. I guess the saddest part is that I'm only on the second temple, though. But, anyways. It would be really great if someone could help me out with it? I've gotten a lot of it done (I think), but I have no clue how to get the boss key, much less how to do anything else. I've been through almost all the rooms, but I just find reading that the ZeldaWiki things, as well as other walkthroughs, are hard to follow; if anyone can either find a better walkthrough, or just help me out, that'd be great.

MM help?

GameFAQS has some good stuff, if you ask me. Dunno if you've looked into that yet.

As for myself, I haven't played MM for awhile, so can't help you there. :/

Zelda Dungeon generally has decent walkthroughs with pictures and stuff. I'd try to help but I haven't played MM in....a really long time. I should fix that.

Hmmm...it's always hard to give advice for being stuck in a dungeon without knowing precisely where you are and what you've done and seen. Of course, that would require being right over your shoulder XD Have you raised the pillar in the central room? If so, do you know you can punch the icy white parts of it as Goron Link to make it a bit shorter? That's the only thing I can think of offhand.
http://www.zeldadung...kthrough-06.php I swear by this site's walkthroughs. Unlike GameFAQs, there's lots of visuals. You should check it out.
p.s. Since you're a new member, I suggest making a topic in The Commons so we can properly greet you and teach you our ways.
Edit: Ack, seems there's not pictures on that particular page. See if it helps, and if not I'll see if I can find something with actual images.

After a ton of control thrashing on OoT I found MM way, way, way easier.

The most recent time I played MM I was surprised by how quickly I whizzed though Snowfall. I guess it really is experience that helps... Anyway, wokring your way up to the top of the temple is useful. Not knowing exactly where you are I guess we can just try some general tips...
A Goron pound on the big switches will activate them, and a Goron punch can knock away layers of the central pillar once you've raised it. (I don't think you need to remove layers until you've got the boss key, though...) With the pillar up, you'll need to find other ways to get around and up rather than going across the middle - there are some areas round the edge you can go across by rolling as a Goron with spikes out, for instance. The punch also destroys the big snowballs, but once you get the dungeon item (fire arrows) you can use them instead to melt the snowballs.
If even the gamefaqs guides aren't helping you, though, you could try a youtube walkthrough.
