So, I've seen OoT played a lot and I know where to go and what to do... But I hit a snag... I just beat the forest temple and went back in time to do some random stuff and decided to do the under the well. I've just gotten to the dead hand room and got caught by a hand and the battle music starts and you hear the monster cry... But there's no monster?? I was running around the room and at one point Navi Z targeted briefly on a wall... Then I was flailing a few steps away from a wall with my back turned towards it and I kept hitting something that wasn't there in front of me but then I could walk through it and not hurt. I don't think there's a problem going at that point in time, or is there? Is this a glitch or an actual way to stop you from doing things out of order? I'm just confused... I guess I can save, quit and try again but has anyone else had a problem like this? I'm on the 3DS too.

Sounds like a glitch. I would try saving and quitting and seeing if that fixes it.

I agree, most certainly a glitch. Hated that bloody hand, tho.

Was it something like in this video:

He says he hit Deadhand with his sword before the fight properly started, and then he didn't come out until he dropped a bomb where he was, or something like that.

Anyway, trying using a bomb to hit him underground (if you haven't already quit).

Good thinking, Showsni. Din's Fire would also work nicely.

I had tried both. I guess it had gotten stuck in the wall and wouldn't come out. I got tired of just standing there, saved, and quit the game for a while. When I came back I went to the back of the room, faced the door I came in, and walked into a hand and it came up halfway in the wall. I stuck into place so it was easy to kill. Maybe it's just a glitchy room in general?

I know that one room where the hand climbs on the roof I ran into some major bugs along those lines.
