There is an online petition to remake Majora's Mask in 3D for the 3DS.


Personally, I don't think it's likely to succeed. Not only do online petitions seldom have an effect, but as that Majora's Mask is the one game Iwata didn't really have a hand in, remaking it would give the rest of the Zelda series a comparative black eye.

That said, I signed it anyway just because I wanted to.

In an interview one of the higher ups stated based on the success of OoT 3D, and demand for MM, they would actually do it. So this petition, if it cranks out the kinda figures Nintendo is looking for, could actually succeed.

I'm not sure if I want this or not. Was the 3d remake of Ocarina worth it? I haven't played it, so I can't judge for myself.

Something else I would like to see are 3D remakes of LoZ/Aol & ALttP/LA. That however, is even less likely to happen.

Personally I'd like to see a remake of LoZ/AoL because I think ALttP & LA are perfect as they are, whereas the first two Zeldas are so basic that a re-imagining has great potential.

Yes it was. They didn't just port it. They smoothed things out, and brightened everything up. It's gorgeous.

I just want one. I played OoT at Rexan's house, I think it'd be worth the cost. I actually am a fan of the 3-D effect.
