I know I'm probably gonna get laughed at for this, but I tear up every single time during Kafei & Anju's reunion. ._.; I love doing that quest.

And of course, I always like the Koume & Kotake/Twinrova scenes. :P

I've always been very fond of the cutscene that takes place right before Wind Waker's final boss battle. Wind Waker Ganondorf really is a fantastic villain:

Also, a bit off-topic, but that Squirtle avatar is haunting my dreams. It's creepy.

My favorite cutscene is the one in Wind Waker where Makar finally awakens. I love any scene with Fado in it. This video is pretty good at keeping it short and simple.

My favorite Zelda (warning: more TWW ahead) scene was the sequence after the second visit to Forsaken Fortress. Ganondorf's face time, Tetra showing up, the bit about the Triforce of Power, the Big Damn Heroes moment from the Rito and Valoo, and the whole thing leading to the revelations about Hyrule's fate and Tetra's heritage all add up to what remains in my mind the best chunk of story in the series.

I liked Twilight Princess... but I really had no favorite cutscenes. Same with OoT (maybe except the goron hug). I think the reason I like Wind Waker so much is the music.

Yeah, Wind Waker definitely had the best music. OoT had the best gameplay, but I still think TP had the most interesting plot. It was my first ever Zelda game, though, so my opinion is probably extremely biased.

I loved some of the game mechanics on the gameboy games. Like Seasons and Ages. I really likes the season change and the time warps. I loved the puzzle aspect a little more. Maybe that's why I tended to like Wind Waker is because I like puzzles and- wow. I just lost my train of thought. In the middle of the sentence.

Oh wait. I remember. Maps. I love and memorize maps. I LOVED the map for WW.

What's so interesting about a giant, 8x8 ocean? :o

Crazy WW lovers and their boats *shakes head*

I can't speak for everyone that liked the ocean (though that does appear to be a minority), but for me personally, I actually liked the multi-step process of getting a Treasure Chart, then having to open it, recognize the shape of the area it was near, then going there and zeroing in on the sunken item. For some, it felt like busywork. For me, it felt like a treasure hunt. Hell, I even liked the much-maligned Triforce hunt for the same reason. Nothing against dungeons, but it was nice to have plot-important stuff happen another way, even if it wasn't intended to be that way.

That's pretty much the exact thing for me (answering "What's so interesting about a giant, 8x8 ocean?") I also like the regular dungeon maps and island maps. Granted that all games have those maps but I liked WW's a lot. I really like TP's really large map though.

;_;

I thought TP was lacking in storyline. It seemed incomplete to me. But as far as atmosphere and general appearance goes, I think it's my favourite. I like darker Zelda games. I'm not sure I have a favourite cutscene from any game.... but I am a sucker for the Anju/Kafei plot, like Rova. Sometimes I'll do it two or three times in one go at Majora's Mask. XD

More Wind Waker love from me! Ganon's speech before the puppet battle is very memorable. In WW Ganon seems like a genuine (if deranged) personality, expanding on his stock villany.

I could just as easily have chosen almost any scene from MM - it helps that the unique game design, supported by well plotted storylines, and how Link must interact with others, creates more human characters than are to be found in pretty much any other game.
