This is my first complete screen capture of GZDoom. This is from my ZDoom mods of the classic Doom episodes. The major difference between the original WADs and the one I captured from are that there are some additional monsters added into the levels, although the original monsters are the main enemies as always. The new monsters are sporadic, thus they won't be encountered often. These additional monsters are exclusive to my ZDoom mods of Ultimate Doom, Doom II and Final Doom. If I play these games on a different port, I use a WAD file that only has the original monsters. In that case, it would be either the original WADs from 1996 or the ones where I applied fixes to map errors.

I have started my capturing of Ultimate Doom, the special edition of Doom I. The episode that was captured is "Knee Deep In The Dead". The music is in midi format, played by a genuine Roland SC-55 Sound Canvas module. The music was captured in stereo at the same time as the game's sound effects. I recorded the audio using "What U Hear" while running GameCam. All maps were completed with 100% kills, items and secrets, except for E1M8.

Anyways, the new monsters will appear in this episode starting at E1M5: Phobos Lab.

The following maps are captured, on the Ultra Violence difficulty:
E1M1: Hangar
E1M2: Nuclear Plant
E1M3: Toxin Refinery
E1M9: Military Base
E1M4: Command Control
E1M5: Phobos Lab
E1M6: Central Processing
E1M7: Computer Station
E1M8: Phobos Anomaly

Weapons:
Fist
Chainsaw
Pistol
Shotgun
Chaingun
Rocket Launcher

Ammo:
Ammo Clip
Box of Bullets
Shotgun Shells
Box of Shotgun Shells
Rocket
Box of Rockets

Items:
Stimpack
Medikit
Health Potion
Armor Helmet
Armor
Mega Armor

Keys:
Red Keycard
Yellow Keycard
Blue Keycard

Artifacts:
Backpack
Soul Sphere
Blur Sphere
Computer Map
Radiation Suit
Light Amplification Visor

Hazards:
Exploding Barrels
Toxic Slime

Original monsters:
Zombie Man
Shotgun Guy
Imp
Demon
Spectre
Baron of Hell

GZDoom mod monsters:
Nightmare Imp: This monster is a translucent purple, walks faster, throws a faster purple fireball and has a lower pain chance. He also has a greater chance of throwing a fireball than his brown cousin. Based on the Doom64 enemy of the same name.
Nightmare Spectre: This is an inverted translucent Demon with twice the health. Based on the PSX Doom enemy of the same name.

By the way, I know that anybody familiar with the series should know where the original monsters will appear. I'll leave the GZDoom-exclusive ones as a surprise if you haven't seen the videos. These videos were redone. (See below.)

Part 1: E1M1: Hangar & E1M2: Nuclear Plant

Part 2: E1M3: Toxin Refinery

Part 3: E1M9: Military Base & E1M4: Command Control

Part 4: E1M5: Phobos Lab

Part 5: E1M6: Central Processing

The remaining two videos are on the next post.

EDIT: The videos in this post and the following one were redone using GameCam. I had issues with a good number of frames getting dropped when I used My Screen Recorder 3.14, thus that program has been relegated to capturing the title screen alone. My old videos have been replaced for the final time, and now I will capture the second episode, "The Shores of Hell". The topic will only be revived when it comes up. When "Thy Flesh Consumed" gets uploaded, I will let this topic die. Doom II will be in a new topic.

Here's the remaining videos of Knee Deep In The Dead:

Part 6: E1M7: Computer Station

Part 7: E1M8: Phobos Anomaly & End of Episode

The next big capture in the series to come is of Episode 2: The Shores of Hell. The NES captures also will continue to come up periodically.

The following videos are of my second capture from GZDoom. This, like that of the previous videos, is a mod. (Additional monsters are present in many levels.) This episode is "Ultimate Doom Episode 2: The Shores of Hell". Monsters that appeared in "Knee-Deep In The Dead" will return here, some of which will appear less frequently. A new hazard, the crushing ceiling, is in some of the levels. Like in the previous videos, the music was played by a Genuine Roland SC-55. There's also a new weapon, plus enemies that were not in the first episode. Below is the information on what is encountered this time.

Maps:
E2M1: Deimos Anomaly
E2M2: Containment Area
E2M3: Refinery
E2M4: Deimos Lab
E2M5: Command Center
E2M9: Fortress of Mystery
E2M6: Halls of the Damned
E2M7: Spawning Vats
E2M8: Tower of Babel

Weapons:
Fist
Chainsaw
Pistol
Shotgun
Chaingun
Rocket Launcher
Plasma Rifle

Ammo:

Original Monsters:
Zombie Man
Shotgun Guy
Imp
Demon
Spectre
Lost Soul
Cacodemon
Baron of Hell
Cyberdemon

Extra Monsters:
Nightmare Imp
Nightmare Spectre
Beta Skull: An early form of the Lost Soul from the Doom Beta. He looks different than the regular one, and attacks using a psychic hitscan attack instead of charging at players.
Nightmare Cacodemon: Based upon a monster found in the Doom 64 TC: Absolution, for the PC. This monster is nearly twice as strong as a regular Cacodemon, three times as fast, translucent, and attacks by spitting three lightning balls in a row. Pain resistance is also better.

E2M1: Deimos Anomaly

E2M2: Containment Area

E2M3: Refinery

E2M4: Deimos Lab

E2M5: Command Center

The remaining four videos are on the next post.

Here are the remaining four videos of my playthrough of "The Shores of Hell", Episode 2 of Ultimate Doom.

E2M9: Fortress of Mystery

E2M6: Halls of the Damned

E2M7: Spawning Vats

E2M8: Tower of Babel

The next videos to come in this thread are of Ultimate Doom's third episode, "Inferno". At long last, I'll have the BFG9000!

EDIT:
Sorry guys, but it looks like even if I do complete another capture, I won't be posting it here any longer. Unless somebody says they're interested, I'll just merely post to Facebook. I'll revive the NES captures thread if I upload again. (Unlikely. I have Statistics to deal with.)
