To make this post have a little substance, when can you guys/how do you guys determine when/if someone is just trying to troll, and at what point do you say "screw it, lets ban him/her"? Because I was just waiting for this one, but wasn't sure where the troll-line was. Do you wait for a certain amount of complaints, or is it entirely at your discretion? Because I was considering complaining but I didn't want to sound like a whiney kind.

I reported him on his first post. I felt bad about it at first because I've never been that quick to judge someone no matter how pissed I am, but seeing how things played out my only regret is that I even bother making peace with him seeing that only egged him on more.

Same here. That and their timelines were the same, with the same abbreviations of the direct Japanese translations.
