Both of them are using proxies, so it's hard to say. The last one had proxies all over the world. This one had proxies limited to just Canada, so that's at least keeping true to the Saskatchewan location. But it's probably also easy to use just Canadian IPs regardless of where you are. I'm not entirely certain. Same attitude problem, but different typing styles...

Not when the game is accessible, no. Plus, she never asked about access to, nor mentioned the difficulty in finding a legal copy. She went straight for the ROMs. It may seem strict but this board is still professional and is not exactly under the radar. Providing access to illegal products or activities is just putting a foot in the door of being shut down and potentially worse.

In the case of trolling, the insults and such are what most look for. So I think it's pretty useless having to put attempted-insulting words in posts. Just have fun with it, if they were serious all accounts and the forum as a whole would be gone by now. ^^
