Seriously...

My cat...HAS to turn everything over on it's side. If it is a cup be willing to have your soda knocked over...a bowl of cereal...on the ground..

Im just waiting for her to knock over something bad and get poisoned....not that I have anything bad laying around.

Is it sheer clumsiness or does he enjoy it?

She will enjoy it...it's like she has to knock it over...and will not stop until she does.

This is the part where a spray bottle filled with water comes in handy.

Seriously, once cats learn they can do it or it's okay it's hell to get them to stop. :X

The sad thing is she would probably try drinking it...that cat likes to take baths! O_o

Blondie's cat knocks stuff over...usually glasses. She's weird and really want to drink water out of glasses like people do, only she paws at the bottom of the glass at the same time and so it tips over

My cat loves to do the same thing -- mostly with water glasses and flower vases. The higher it is, and thus more likely to be full of water and risk breaking, the harder she tries.

Doesn't matter if the cat likes to take baths, a cool squirt from a bottle will at least teach her who's the boss for a little while. No guarantees that she won't try again later, though. ;)

The trick with bottle squirting is to make sure she doesn't see you squirting it, otherwise, she'll do it when you're not there! The trick is to also get her in the face, since that'll where it'll annoy her!

Try this, get an empty soda can and fill it with pennies, and whenever she does something bad just shake it real hard in her vicinity (again, don't let her see you do it). It's how I stopped Marvin stealing my food =P

Keep an eye on your cat, Emi, and make sure she doesn't continue to react badly. The two main chemicals in those glow in the dark things are anthracene and hydogen peroxide, which can be toxic when ingested...especially for a little kitty who might have just eaten a large dose of the stuff. I hope she didn't drink much, and that she's back to acting normally... :(

I want to adopt the cat that won't go away, just to freak him out like that.

Maybe that's how we'll train him to know not to go in the house.
