Well I thought I'd start my first real topic!
We have all played Zelda Ocarina Of Time and watched the epic ending where Ganon is sealed away, the Master Sword is returned, and Navi leaves Link. After that Majora Mask takes over when Link is looking for a dear friend which is Navi but along the way he gets jumped by the Skull Kid in the Lost Woods. His Ocarina gets stolen and he ends up falling down a hole into Wonderland that will be crushed in 3days by the most scary looking moon I have ever seen! Majoras Mask was a huge sidetrack that involved collecting Masks, doing sidequests, and of course saving the land of Termina from Majora's Mask itself! When you beat the game by killing the evil within the mask Link leaves on Epona into the forest and thats it. Oh! Don't forget the festival and the stump! But what happens next??? Does he ever find Navi? I always believed that there should be 3 games to complete the Ocarina Of Time Triogy! I don't know what this Zelda title would be called but I always wondered what it would be like? The Ocarina would be used again in the storyline but who would the villian be? What new gameplay and dungeons would be seen in it? Would it be like Twilight Princess? I've always wanted to get this off my chest. But, what if the new Zelda game for the Wii is the direct follow up?

Thanks for giving us such an... enthusiastic summary for two Zelda games that came out more than a decade ago. Because obviously no one at a Zelda forum would have known what OoT and MM were about. Thank God you were here to share your vast and esoteric knowledge.

What happens next is that in future Link leaves in OoT, Ganon escapes Dark World and Hyrule is subsequently flooded by the gods in order to prevent Ganomn's destruction from spreading further. Then TWW happens hundreds of yaers later. In alternate timeline created when Zelda sent Link back in time permanently, events are supposedly altered so that Ganon is executed before he is able to take over Hyrule like he did in OoT's "Bad Future." With the Triforce of Power though the Sages are unable to kill him so he is sent into the Twilight Realm as a last ditch effort to stop him. TP then occurs hundreds of years later, possibly parallel to TWW in the other timeline. As for Link, since he's not mortal we can safely assume he died eventually. Since TP Link has the ToC my personal theory is that he settled down (with Malon?) in some backwoods village where his descendants became simple goat wranglers. Seems like a fitting end for Link.
As for Zelda Wii who knows. Maybe the blue girl is Navi. Though I raed around the net her name is Glade. Take that with a grain of salt.

TP was originally going to be a direct sequel to OoT, most definitely with the Hero of Time.
Aonuma: Back then we considered making it the sequel of Ocarina of Time, some years later… But then we thought of the first-time players, who wouldn’t understand a thing if you started as a wolf, so we changed it and had human Link from the start.

Obviously, TP is a sequel to OoT now, but Aonuma implies that it has changed, meaning TP was once a direct sequel.
It's possible we may see this idea carried into Zelda Wii, but nothing is certain right now. More than likely, it'll probably star a new Link, but at least this shows that Nintendo may not necessarily consider the Hero of Time's adventures to be over just yet.

You praised me??? I couldn't tell!

Plays Song Of Time, goes back 15 minutes, punches myself in face. Don't do that again! Returns foward through time and everything is fixed.
No harm done soap.

That said, I think while Oot was the most popular, and MM was one of the best (2nd in my book) games in the series, that we got the perfect ending for that Link, a Link who never really belonged, or had much of a home, who traveled time and space for a land that would reject him until he had proven himself, for a man who felt more companionship with a horse and his bound guide then he did with the people of either of the two lands he saved and interacted with. The guy who even when he saved the world, was sent backwards by the very people he saved.
I think that him riding off into the horizon and not being heard from again is the method of exit most accurate and fitting to the character.
That said, I would probably buy and play a direct sequel to Ocarina and Majora's Mask because I loved the night/day and NPC mechanics within.
