But I don't remember Jolene saying that. And I didn't know he was in ST either.

Remember, TWW had this same translation error: what could mean "hundreds" in one scenario could mean "one hundred" in another, or simply "a very long time" in yet another situation. Don't take it literally is the point I'm driving at.

Watch until the end. Linebeck is in it, and appears to recognize Link.

Interesting. If he's not being used like Malon and Talon were in FSA and TMC, Linebeck may very well have an unnatural life span. However, this might turn out to be a simple case of trolling. "Really Link, I still can't get over the fact that we coincidentally look just like our great grandfathers and have their names."
That cardboard cutout of Tingle in the background is a nice little cameo, and if I'm not mistaken, that's a model of Tetra's ship from TWW and PH on the counter.

Tingle just looks like a background cameo, Linebeck makes an actual appearance.Wait. You made a topic about Linebeck being immortal when there's a far more important character in that video... Tingle!

I've seen him called Linebeck III a couple times now...is there any source for that, or are people just speculating?
Gametrailers has a video review up that shows the line in question.

Linebeck is in ST? I know Niko is, but Linebeck? I don't think he's immortal, he can just live a long time. People in Zelda have a tendency (not including "immortals" like Ganon) to live a lot longer than us Earthlings.Okay, in PH Jolene mentions that it had been over 100 years since they had met, and he appears in ST, but he doesn't appear to have aged a day, unlike Niko. What does everybody think of this?

It's not Linebeck, it's a descendant of Linebeck.

Where did it say that he's a desendent of Linebeck? Why can't it be linebeck? Niko is in this game. Then again, he was a lot younger in that linebeck. He's about the same age as TWW/PH's Link. He could be in ST as well.Linebeck is in ST? I know Niko is, but Linebeck? I don't think he's immortal, he can just live a long time. Edit: I just saw the linebeck III part. I still don't think that this Link is related to TWW Link though. The different Links very rarely are desendents of each other.

Eh? I don't remember seeing anything to determine that the Links come from different heritages, quite the reverse.

That's perfectly fine in this case, although it doesn't say much about the other examples that Ganonlord was apparently referencing.

I was refering only to the AT. on that timeline, the Links are most definatly NOT desendents of each other. On the CT, TP Link might be a desendent of OOT Link FSA Link, I don't know. ALTTP Link, maybe a desendent of one of the Links.

Oh. I appreciate you finding that image Nerushi, but someone like me could easily wait two or three more days for that.

Well, we only know that TWW Link isn't descended from OoT Link. ST Link could be a descendant of TWW Link, however.I was refering only to the AT. on that timeline, the Links are most definatly NOT desendents of each other.
