It's pretty simmilar to what I was thinking. I had the FS games after ST as it seems ST might be an attempt to tie in the FS games with the rest of the series. it also makes sense to have all the Toon Links grouped together in the same half of the timeline. FSA would be the toughest sell though with all it's ties with ALttP.

As you said, our timelines share some points. Your theory has a very good support in the facts. Yes, there are some games I put before or after but both theories have kind of a main idea. Wow! indeed, Japan and NOA have their diferences... that's wrong you know? because of little details we are playing a different story or at least with a different background missing some facts.
