How do get the piece of heart in the Palace of Winds? It's under a walkway on floor 4 near to where you jump up to floor 5.

Google-fu states:
"In the main room at the top-left corner of the 4th floor. Push the blocks to the right and they will fall to the floor below. Use Roc's Cape and jump over the gap here. Head up a screen and then up the long hallway. Head up once again and you will be back outside and right next to the heart container."
