Zelda Legends/The Legends of Zelda
Ganon's Tower
Indie Zelda
The Grand Adventures
The Desert Collosus
Zelda Headquarters
Zelda Planet
Zelda Power
Zelda Universe
Zelda Infinite

Those are pretty much all the good Zelda sites left. I would have added Zelda Elements to the list, but their site isn't loading.

The best big, all-around Zelda site would be Zelda Legends, Ganon's Tower, The Grand Adventures, or Zelda Universe.

Zelda Universe... is a good site, I suppose. But I hate it's webmaster. He's an asshole.

The others on the list are more specialized, but equally good.

Oh yeah. I forgot about that one. WHich is surprising, since I used ot mod their forums.

As a matter of fact, I've modded the boards of, helped out at, or am friends with the webmasters of every site on that list, with two exceptions.

Damn I'm good ;)

l-o-s, where've you been? Zelda Elements closed it's doors a long time ago. The webmaster even put up a page saying he was quitting, and whatnot. Guess that page is down now...

Anyways, l-o-s' list is pretty much it. I'd add a few more to the list, but they were either...

A) Shut down by their webmasters.
B) Destroyed in the server crash
C) All of the above

It's sad too... Maybe the new game will bring renewed interest in the series.

The Legend is a fantastic website too, in case you haven't seen it.

I wonder if my site will ever make it to the top?

I hate when people say that. He Does have a life, it's just on the web. He's set his priorities.

Awww thank you !

I think that there are many good Zelda websites on the net. I prefer visiting the ones that are more fan-oriented, and ones that have something a little different that makes them unique from all of the others. It gets really boring visiting sites that are all carbon-copies of each other, with similar layouts and content.

I do think it is sad whenever a Zelda site closes down, particularly when they have been online for a long time. I also think it's sad when webmasters get too full of themselves and try and bring other sites down instead of helping them out. My view of the Zelda community is that it is just that: a community, and we should try and help each other, and help the Zelda community grow. I think it's cool that the internet has give us all the priveledge to meet other Zelda fans from around the world and take our obsession further, but I think some people have forgotten that, or just just take it for granted.
