To begin with, it was glaringly suspicious that you remembered incidents as clearly as you did, such as your initial banning from Necro, yet couldn't remember your own name, citing it as having constantly changing names despite the fact that name changings didn't occur on that incarnation of LA due to the forum's software restrictions.
Even more glaringly suspicious was the constant fishing for information on the banned user Sharpy when you yourself had more information on him than anyone else here did, even revealing that Sharpy had been let back on the forums, which isn't a well known fact.
You started by congratulating DJ on his promotion to admin when if you look at the moderating list at the bottom of the forums, you'll find that DJ isn't an admin and hasn't been for a while now. This leads us to believe you were around at one point or another during that time... around the time when another Sharpy profile was around: http://forums.legend...?showtopic=3777
...Not to mention the obvious hits, such as the same IP address for that profile as well as Dr. McNinja's, and having the same age as the old Sharpy (according to Pook) as you, indicated by your thread in the R&R section.

This time, though, you found it pertinent to take it into your own hands to prove that you're not a bad person by lying to the forums about your identity and breaking the rules again by returning as a banned member when if you truly wanted to stay it would've been more effective to just not mention your previous actions on LA at all.
In short, I'm sorry it had to be this way, as you could've been an incredible "new" member for the community, but rules are rules, and with the way you handled your past and your present you've left us no choice. I'm banning you.
