I'm not sure how much time was spent on this, but It was a while of pencilling, inking, and coloring with colored pencils.

This pretty much started with the idea of how my Ken character would look as a sort of gaurdian spirit, so I ended going for a kind of angellic motif. My thoughts slowly drifted to "How crazy can I make his hairstyle super crazy?" and ended up making the hair go off to the side like wings.
I'm not sure how much time was spent on this, but It was a while of pencilling, inking, and coloring with colored pencils.
