Not saying it isn't a hoax...just that our society has gotten to the point where Fox News scares actually draw attention and are recognized as truth... XP

Yeah, I know Fox News are morons bent on making us afraid of our own shadows, or I wouldn't have already SAID such in my post.

That doesn't stop the fact that two dozen OTHER news sources were also stupid enough to believe it. Spinach, mad cow, fire ants...it doesn't matter how stupid it is-- mass media is desperate for news stories, and too many people besides are willing to believe them without hesitation rather than stopping and thinking for a moment: "Is that even possible?"
