I used a walkthrough for the parts I got stuck at and I beat the 3rd dungeon it told me to go to Hyrule library but the man is still in front of it and says its closed and I think its supposed to be open with out being able to get in I can't continue the game please help will be appreciated .

I have found the anwser searching on my game so I'm passed it now sorry for the interruption.
