I would make an entire post dedicated to SG-1's Sam Carter, but I'm sure I've gone on long enough about her in various other threads.

Ezri Dax was always funny, my dad and I called her "Sparky" cause she's always, well, sparky!

Btw, I'm not sure Ezri Dax counts. After all, she wasn't really a scientist.

Oh, and you're gonna have to give reasons why Janeway of all people got a mention!
My pick:
Weird science.

Well, I thought that by "science" you meant "from science fiction"
Well, I'll certainly accept real life science chicks. The problem is that there aren't that many chicks in science (in fact, Physics Today had an article on this back in April). And of the few chicks that are in science, it's rather difficult to find hotties.
Of course, if you manage to find a picture of Dorothy Hodgkin and a considerably younger age than most available photographs, then perhaps there's hope.

And they certainly never look happy.

I vote for Samus as best Space chick.
As for science, I vote for a young Dr. Susan Calvin. Who I have to assume is a total fox.
And also Dors Venabili...even though...well, if you're a fan of Asimov...then you know the story.
