Could Epona and the Hero's Spirit be evidence to the HoT's life after OoT/MM?

Well, I was thinking about this the other day. In TP there's the Hero's Shade, as we all know. We know that he is of TP Link's bloodline, as he says this ingame and a common theory is that he is the HoT. What I'm getting to is this. Link's ancestor may or may not be the Hero of Time. TP Link owns Epona and it's never explained why he owns Epona, but it's sorta presumed he's had for a long time as she resides at Link's house and not on the Ordon Ranch. Could this be more evidence that he is the descendant of Link and perhaps even Malon? I hate to fan the flames of the crazed shipper community, but it is possible. I'm not sure about Malon, but I'd atleast say it lends credence to the theory that Link's ancestor, who is first found on the path nearby the way to the Sacred Grove no less, could be the Hero of Time. I considered posting this in the other topic but I thought this sorta discusses other things as well so I didn't. Whatever.

Epona's just some horse. There can probably be more than one just like there's multiple Malons, Zeldas, Links, Tingles...

Yes, but most of those people have been connected in some way i.e. Tingle in TWW is copying an ancient Tingle, most Malon's live on Lon Lon Ranch, etc.

Maybe not Malon's descendent but definately OoT Link. The only tie with Malon would be Epona's Song but OoT Link could've passed down that song himself. Actually I think Malo and Talo are descendants of Malon for no other reason than their names allude to her and her father.

Yeah, that could work as well, I guess. Fado could work as well I guess since he works at the ranch. I gotta say Lon Lon Ranch is missed in TP, Ordon Ranch doesn't really cut it if you ask me. But, yeah, since Link had Epona in MM this Epona could still be related to Epona of TP even with no Malon involved.

You know, at first I thought Malo was a girl. Ugly as sin, no doubt about that (male or female as the case may be and it's not like his mother is much better off) but given the name, age and clothes, I assumed wrong.

I thought that both Malo and Talo (and Colin, too) looked female. Until they used the word 'he' to describe both of them, I probably would've continued to think they were girls.
