Hello

So, yay- the forums are back. Not sure what happened or why I can't find half my posts or any of the newer topics... so if anyone wants to explain, I'm all ears!

But I can't find the post about screenshots! Can someone please provide a detailed explanation on how I could take screenshots of TP? (Educational purposes).

...Unless someone has a ton of high quality screenshots of Hyrule Castle...

Thank you all very much.

I basically want to know how to do it... I have my TV and my GC... and over here: my computer. Apparently I'm sposed to link the 3 together somehow? I just want to know how to set everything up and what programs I might need.

Thanks

You require a TV Tuner Card and a free PCI slot. You can get USB TV Tuner's but I'm not sure if they have correct ports. The drivers that come with the TV Tuner should contain all the necessary software but you may have to update to the latest version for the best results. Then you plug your GameCube/Wii/whatever into the card as if you were plugging it into your TV and that should be it. I've never done it myself but I think that's how it works. Or you could use a DVD Recorder, record the necessary footage to DVD and convert it to whatever format you wish using your PC.

Man good luck with that. The graphics in TP are so fuzzy I don't think screenshots will help you get a good view of much ^_^'
