Ok, we know that TP has some cool items (or so we've heard) like the gale boomerang to create whirlwinds... not a bad idea! But there has been items in previous games like AlttP that hasen't been in Zelda games for a while, like the Magic cape, or the Staff of Byrna, which Items would you like to see in TP, or if you can make one up, or improve on one, please do!

Pegasus boots might be nice... But you can just use the Bunny Hood. You can't charge into things with that, though.
The ALttP Medallions are pretty fun. And some of the spells from AoL... Maybe they could make a comeback. We saw the fairy spell used in FSA, but never got to use it ourselves...

Smart Bombs would sound nice, Arrow Bombs are useful too (I seem to be obsessed with explosives today).
An idea of mine was the Color Gun where you basically have a weapon that runs on pure light; it can drain color from monsters and mechanical devices, and restore color to quest-essential objects that have lost theirs. Monsters that have the color sucked from them are frozen solid and to reanimate them (depends on circumstances) simply fire the gun at them. The downside is this weapon won't recharge at night or in dark rooms. Has this been thought up before?
Link needs Armor over his tunic. I'm dead serious. I don't care if it slows you down or whatever but it must half the damage taken from direct attacks and hazards like lava.

Dont get me wrong Lord Toran i love the Pegasus Boots. But, i mean seeing link running with the speed equaled or greater to the fastest winds, in a top down view at least that is the image the game wants you to get, is one thing. But i dont know if the imaginary formula would work that well on a 3d Zelda. Unless of course we got the chance of seeing link running around in the hyrule fields putting sonic to shame. Wich who knows might be good. I would only have to try it.

Also, when Link collides with objects, there's a great deal of shuddering from the earth around him. Ah, destructible environments.
Of course, I doubt we'll see Pegasus Boots unless they've found a way to make Epona run even faster than Link would. Which is also possible, considering her role in this game.
