What would you say could make up the seven wonders of Hyrule? Also somethings maybe pretty basic to you or me but would be hi-tech for Hyrulians. I already thought of the Desert Collosuss(I know it's spelt wrong).

wonders? There aren't many man-made things in hyrule... What about the eastern palace in LttP?
Or if you want to expand to the Hyrule universe, the ruin and giant egg from Link's A could work as wonders...
For OoT, I think the Ice cavern could be a natural wonder, and the Shadow temple and underground crypts of Kakariko's Graveyeard.

I think by 7 Wonders it should be narrowed down to stuff that's man made.... Or at least things that weren't once sentient beings.
I'd say the Goddess of the Sands, the Pyramid of Power, the Eastern Palace, the Tower of Hera, the Tower of the Gods, Palace of Winds, and the North Palace.

Here you go, the definitive Seven Wonders of Hyrule 
1. The Pyramid of Power
2. The Goddess of the Sands
3. The Tower of the Gods
4. Ganon's Tower (OoT)
5. The Tower of Hera
6. The Palace of Winds
7. Stone Tower Temple (Ikana, in MM)
I'm sure I don't need to explain my reasoning, but I will anyways
1. It's an enormous Pyramid. Just look at the Dark World map in LttP... the thing takes up a fifth of the world, heh.
2. An enormous statue. Biggest statue in the games. That's even before you take into account the inside.
3. Not only is it huge, white, and with a few divine qualities attached, but it rises out of the ocean, meaning there are probbaly miles of lower floors that we can't even see.
4. It's a huge castle, floating above a huge pit of lava. Pretty impressive if you ask me
5. Check attachment. Proof enough
6. It's an enormousn floating island. Probably almost as big as the Pyramid of Power, and it floats.
7. GO back to the place in MM, and look down... that should prove my point, heh.

It's hard to pick when you've only played 2 (OoT & LttP), finished one of those (OoT), and played 2 demos (WW & MM). But I would have to say easily Ganons Castle in OoT

No, Erath Temple doesn't qualify... I played WW month ago, and I can only remeber the Wind Temple, where as I remember nothing about the Earth Temple. Which means it's not such a wonder -.-

Anywho, Other than Hyrule, I'd say my favorite man made wonder is Clock town. The entire city is interlaced with the same clock system... which seems to be a marvel for Hylians, considering they have the magic stones to tell time.

Desert Colossus
Tower of the Gods (though it may not actually be man-made, it sure looks like it.)
The Pyramid of Power
The Tower of Hera
Snowhead Tower (Ice dungeon from MM)
Stone Tower Temple
Angular Isles (a floating collection of rusted metal boxes...kinda inexplicable, really)

I'd have to agree with Moonman on most of those, save, instead of the angular isles, I would put the Shadow Temple/ Graveyard Area from OoT. I mean, Think back to the drak creepy crypt like tunnels, and the flying boat... And the giant drum in the boss area...

These are in no paticular order, but here are my top 7 hyrule only:
Hyrule Castle (WW) Check out some of it's architechture. That's a building with style.
Desert Collossus (OoT) Size alone.
Pyramid of Power (aLttP) Size alone.
Tower of the Gods (WW) Size and the fact that it rose from the sea. the power nessessary for that is nigh unimaginable.
Fire Temple (OoT) Can you imagine trying to make that dungeon in that kind of heat?
Wind Temple (WW) The windworks make it quite a challenger for the prize.
Shadow Temple (OoT) spelling in all those illusions would have been a pain for quite a number of mages.
