- Can turn into something like a humanoid raptor (hence, his name). He has the head and scales, but lacks tail.

- Retractable, foot-long claws made of a combination of adamantium and solid steel
- Retractable claw on each foot like a velociraptor
- Can shoot claws like arrows at will and regenerate them in thirty minutes' time.

Biography: Raptor was the victim of a nuclear explosion at a research center to bring back enhanced dinosaurs. Some of his friends got a small amount of it, but he got a pretty bad blast of the stuff. When he turned into his raptor mode for the first time, he didn't want his girlfriend to see him in the state, so he made his escape. Later, his girlfriend found out and she didn't care if Raptor was dinosaur or human as long as he was the man inside. Now he willingly works alone or with a team called "The Metallix".
