I am so happy I own a Wii right now. ;3;

I must admit, I misread Monster Hunter as Monster Rancher and almost shat bricks. Then I got sad because I was wrong, then after doing a little bit of research I got happy because the series looks pretty cool. :D
Then I giggled because I pictured fatass-McWario-pants on a crotch-rocket motorcycle.

I'm so happy to own a Wii and a DS right now. :)

Huzzah for Fire Emblem! Now if they'd just remake Zelda 2...

...uh... but isn't it a remake? If the game it is made from is a bad game to begin with how can the remake be the first good gameldfgglslkheadasplode

Me want this Pokémon Farm Rancher thing. Right now. :D That is, assuming it's like a pet sim with Pokémon, since it's made by the folks who made Hey You, Pikachu and Pokémon Channel.

...Bowser Jr. on a motorcycle! ^^

And yay for all you Fire Emblem fans! ;P

It's a remake of an old FE, and some people are really prudish about some of the newer FE games (Sety) despite the fact that the newer games use the same formula that Ankoku Ryuu To Hikari No Tsurugi (yes, that's the title of the original game) used. And is used by 90% of the series.

So I throw sticks at the complainy types.

Uh...you don't know just how incredibly wrong you are.......

If by pokemon farm ranching you mean hacking grotesque monstrousities spawned form hell to death with blunt objects and sharp weapons in massive bloodbaths. Than yeah...its a pet sim alright.

Video search it...its not exactly what your thinking of.

...uh... but isn't it a remake? If the game it is made from is a bad game to begin with how can the remake be the first good gameldfgglslkheadasplode

1) Its a remake of a remake. Yes FE1 has ALREADY been remade once, this is the second remake.
2) See Tales of Destiny PS2 for an example of a remake that made a bad game into a blockbuster title.
3) If FE1 was a bad game at the time which already warranted a still fondly remembered remake and went on to be the second highest selling game in the franchise it wouldn't warrant another remake.

It's a remake of an old FE, and some fangirls get rabid about any criticism on the new FE games (Fyxe) despite the fact that the newer games used the same decade old gameplay that Dark Dragon and the Sword of Light (yes, that's the english title of the original game) used 20 years ago. And is used by 30% of the series within the last 3 years.

So I throw sticks are(sp?) the troll types.

Yay, a sequel to Super Mario Stadium Miracle Baseball! Although I'm probably the only one excited about that and Wii Fit. I've always wanted to do yoga.

Uh, isn't that Monster Rancher?

Wow, I really have gone back to primary school (see Zelda General).

I'm a bit bummed about the SSB delay (so much for a very Brawl-y Christmas), but the remake of the original Fire Emblem is awesome. I am just wondering now if it is just FE1, or they will include Book 2 from FE3.

I don't want to get people's hopes up needlessly, but I would like to point out that Brawl was already scheduled to debut not until the 31st of December in Japan, so assuming that the US version is delayed and that the delay is as long as the Japanese version, we'd still be getting it on the first or second of January.

I think it would be a seriously missed opportunity if they left out Book 2. If they were adding in all the missed chapters from the NES game that weren't in Book 1, maybe that would make it easier to take, but it would be seemingly pointless if they left out Book 2, especially since Monshou No Nazo is on the Japanese Virtual Console already.

If by "hacking grotesque monstrousities spawned form hell to death with blunt objects and sharp weapons in massive bloodbaths" you mean "You can then raise your little friends in a farm-like environment. You're free to bring your Mii and your family's Miis to your ranch and can do things like taking pictures of your Pokemon which can then be sent to friends" (from IGN)? o.o

So not exactly a pet sim. Also, I now realize I made the "Pokémon Farm Rancher" up. I've seen it referred to as Pokémon Farm, Pokémon Farm Channel, Pokémon Ranch, and maybe a couple other terms, but not Pokémon Farm Rancher. Whoops.

Yeah. :\ The Pokemon Farm just looks like a dressed up Pokemon storage "game" for the Wii, except that they turn your Pokemon into freakishly polygonal migets.
Don't get me wrong; I still want it. ;3;
