I liked it
it was kinda like a mix between the Rocketeer and Indiana Jones.
I'd recommend it for people to see, but the bland colors in the film really did just borderline on being annoying
I walked out the theatre and the real world lookes so bright, I nearly had a seizure

Meh, I saw an advert concerning it. Something like a cross between Terminator 3 and the prequel to the Matrix, with huge airships... with British flags painted on them?
Now, I am British and all for British movies making it into the cinema and the mainstream, but do we really want to be known for James Bond movies and cheesy movies like Sky Captain?

Cheesy?
I loved that movie, it rocked!
It had just the right amount of comedy to make you laugh yet not too much to keep it serious, and the colors made it more appropriate to the time era which added to the movie, not taking away from it. Sure, I'll admit, it was kinda cheesy, but I liked it that way. Sometimes big expensive and "cool" looking robots and scenery just doesn't do it as well as simple designs do.

it was a good film! i suggest seeing it...the effects harken back to the days of old when they made movies with cheesy looking robots!

Do people kill other people in blockbusters nowadays, or is it always robots?

A little of both.
I heard the movie sucks. 'Nuff said.
