Has anyone ever seen something in a movie that just wasn't right? Post it here and share your knowledge with the world. I'll list a few examples to get the ball rolling.

~In one of the original Star Wars trilogy (I don't remember which) there is a scene in which R2D2 and C3P0 are in a small control room when a group of storm troopers come in to capture them. If you watch closely, you'll see that one of the storm troopers bumps his head on the door. If your volume is loud enough, you can even hear it!

~(this one came from something I read, I haven't actually seen the movie) In the movie Clueless, the star is taking her driving test. She clips off the mirror of her car, but when she rounds the next corner, it's right back where it started!

[Footnote: For those of you Star Trek/Star Wars fans out there, don't say anything like "Lightsabers aren't supposed to cast shadows", because you know as well as the rest of us that it'll turn this topic into a giant debate over how lightsabers are made or whatnot, I've seen it happen before]

Yeah, like in the original Spider-Man, when he is jumping from roof to roof, his pants change from jeans to sweats. :P

or in X-2: Xmen united, if you look closely before Nightcrawler teleports down to where the kids are being held prisoner, you can see him standing in the shadows

When I went to see the Village, there was a scene where the boom mic was in shot. It was really obvious as well, everyone in the cinema started laughing! It was only because the projector was projecting too low, though...

I just got back from seeing Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow and found another in there. First, Joe (Sky Captain) tells Polly to change and leave her original clothes behind. She does, but a few scenes later winds up back in her original clothes. Then, those clothes are burnt. Sure enough, a few scenes later, she's back to the same clothes again.

Thats fucking weird, you'd expect them to catch that early in the development.

I found a glitch. In the movie, "Down with Love (2003)" Ewan McGreggor (spelling..?) Plays a humble man with a heavy southern accent for half of the movie, trying to entrapulate a woman with his naive, small town attitude. Then, in "Big Fish (2004)" he plays the SAME exact character. Humble beginnings in a small town, overtly nice, sexy southern accent.

What a strange glitch, eh? :P

there were more than a few glitches like that in Titanic... i found a book in the library all about the movie and it had like 30 mess-ups. Like the hill with the building on it seen over Jack's shoulder in one shot.. and another in Rose's house where you can see the camera crew reflected in the sliding glass patio door...

I worked at a movie theater last summer and in "Bruce Almightly" there are several times when the boom mike slips into view, especially near the end of the movie.

Maybe it's not a glitch; maybe it was a way of ol' George to show the population just how stupid the Stormtroopers were. :D

this thread is almost a year old.... i don't think you're supposed to bring up dead threads....

just so i don't get suspended or warend fro spamming.... In jurrasic park (the original first one) when the kids run into the kitechen to get away from the raptor it is at the door... when it opens the door for like 2 frames the guy that operates the raptor is clearly visible as the door is opening.
