This could go into 2 direction actually.
1. Game that held most dear to you, as in you treasure it with you life! And the reason why you treasure it?
2. Game that you spend most money on or have a high value in the market.

For me it would be.
1. Megaman Battle Network 2, I would never let anyone delete my 5 stars record and 99+ hours I spend on it! Well, that goes for almost all BN game actually... :P

2. I don't know, I guess $50 per new game would be the highest I spend on game like Disgaea, Phatom Braves, Xenosaga. :XD:

What's your most valuable game? ;)

Err...several.
Castlevania: SotN- DUH. There's a story behind my getting it, but that's a tale for another day.

Rising Zan: The Samurai Gunman- it's the coolest friggin game ever! I will guard it with my swords (read: bokken and baseball bat, but someday I will have swords) for ALL ETERNITY!

Revelations: Persona- Can you find it? Didn't think so. It's a beautiful game.

Brave Fencer Musashi- It's awesome. Go play it.

Nearly all my NES games. They're all treasures to me. Ask me about them later. I'm lazy and I have to get to class now.

I'll say The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition, but that's only because it's still in it's wrapping and I have no current intention to take it out. ;)

Erm... well.... I guess my most treasured would be Xenogears or Xenosaga. But I don't know, I never really played favourites with my games... and I've used all my games so much that they're all boring by now.

Most expensive... was probably Call of Duty, which I got when it first came out. But I could be wrong.

I think the most cherished game would have to be Super Mario Bros. It was simple, fun, and hard as hell. It had everthing a game should have and a half.

My games are like my children, I love them all.

Although I must say, the Myst games were a key factor in my upbringing.

Monster Rancher 2 is probably my most valued game. It's for the PS1, and I've had it for years, but I still love it. For anyone who hasn't played the MR series, I'd recommend to start back at 1 or two, the new ones look terrible (I'm not much of a fan of cell shading, so my opinion may be biased)

Bah. Pokemon Yellow stunk. Pikachu was useless against the first three gyms...

And I hated him following me around. As soon as I got a party of six, I put Pikachu in the computer. I wanted to kill that rat so much.
